Is the editor really free?

The manual editor and clean exports at one size at a time are free. Studio includes one cloud app, two starter set styles, 20 one-time AI credits and five sandbox render images. Pro adds ten cloud apps, premium styles, localization, batch exports and publishing.

Do exports have a watermark?

No. Not on the free plan, not anywhere, not ever.

Where is my work stored?

Your work is stored in your browser. Signed in, projects also sync to your private cloud space so they follow you across machines. Your data is always exportable, and downgrading never deletes anything — cloud projects over a plan's limit become read-only until you're back under it.

What happens if I delete my account?

Everything goes: cloud projects, API keys (agents stop working immediately), usage history, store connections, and your billing profile. The flow makes you type the word and re-authenticate first. Projects saved locally in your browser stay on your device.

What counts against my quota?

Server renders cost one credit per output image, including every size in a batch. AI uses one shared credit budget across the editor and API: refinement 1, anchoring 2, captions/translation 5, audits 10 and full design 20. Multiple caption variants multiply the caption cost. Pro includes 100 AI credits and 100 render images each subscription month. Launch Pass includes 60 AI credits and 30 render images for seven days. Prepaid top-ups are $10 for 500 credits and do not expire or unlock paid features. Failures before dispatch are refunded; AI requests that reach the provider consume credits even if the provider fails. Cloud app limits also apply to saving and API document operations.

Can AI agents really use this?

Yes — it's a first-class surface, not a bolt-on. A compatible MCP client authenticates with your API key and gets the same engine the editor uses: documents, validated ops, templates, AI helpers, and pixel-identical renders. Start at Agents & MCP.

Why do my device frames render black?

The device layer has no screenshot attached. Upload a raw capture and attach it — one per device. It's the most common way a set looks broken.

Is my store credential safe?

It's encrypted at rest with a key we keep in Secret Manager, it never travels back to a browser, and you can hard-delete it (Settings → Connections → Disconnect) any time. Follow the App Store Connect or Google Play setup guide for the required credentials and permissions.
